ABOUT DHRUVA
Dhruva - the management and cultural festival hosted by IIM Trichy is the flagship three-day extravaganza which brings together the smartest brains of the country and the corporates. This gala event entails a myriad of management competitions and cultural events attended by students from premier B-schools including IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, XLRI, IIM K etc. It also plays host to students from multiple colleges across Trichy like NIT Trichy, Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Anna University etc who throng the premises to be a part of this annual festival.
Dhruva features several case study competitions which put the astute minds to test to see if they are corporate ready in diverse fields of marketing, operations, analytics, finance, human resources and entrepreneurship. The fest embodies the spirit of IIM Trichy and believes in giving back to society. Hence, Dhruva entails case study competition to use managerial expertise for solving live problems of not-for-profit NGOs and corporates as well.
IIM Trichy, the only IIM in Tamil Nadu has set the standard for management fests in the state with path-breaking ideas and game-changing workshops. The pro-nights hosted coveted performances. It is attended not only by management students but people from academic circles across the state. Dhruva 2025 is all set to go bigger and bolder.
